Benefits of a Nissan Security+PlusĀ® Prepaid Maintenance Agreement (PMA)

The PMA ensures that only factory-trained technicians work on your vehicle and they use genuine Nissan parts. This helps maintain your vehicle’s reliability and value. Even future price hikes in services and parts do not affect your vehicle.

Additionally, you get 24-hours roadside assistance with the Nissan Security+PlusĀ® agreement. Under this policy, you get reimbursement for alternate transportation, meals, and lodging when you are 100 miles or more from home. Last but not the least, you get Rental Car Assistance up to $35 per day (for five days) and up to $100 reimbursement for towing.

How do I transfer my Security+Plus Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) or Prepaid Maintenance Agreement (PMA) when I sell my vehicle?

1. Show that your vehicle’s service records are current and indicate that the vehicle was maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s maintenance schedules. If the service records are unavailable, Nissan may require to inspect the vehicle. You need to get it serviced at an approved repair facility at your own expense.

2. Request the transfer within 30 days of the change in ownership.

Fill out completely and sign the Transfer Certificate found in your VSC or PMA or in a sample VSC or PMA and submit with a $25 transfer fee* to NESNA, P.O. Box 685004 (A-6-G), Franklin, TN 37068-5004. A new VSC or PMA will be mailed to the subsequent owner upon receipt and successful processing of all requested material.

*Transfer fee differs for different states.
