It isn't often that a salesman will come in to work on aholiday to help a customer who bought a car six months earlier. Eddie Murrillo is that kind of guy. I told him that I needed help understanding some of the controls on my new car, and he responded immediately. The next day he took me out on the road for a tutorial that answered my questions and made me more comfortable about setting out on a long driving trip.
