2021 Nissan Versa Trim Comparison: S vs SV vs SR
When it comes to safe, affordable, and reliable cars, no one has as much to offer as Nissan. The 2021 Nissan Versa is proof of that. With the top-tier Versa trim starting at $18,340, the Versa has affordability covered. And with the standard Nissan Safety Shield 360 safety suite, you and your passengers will be safe and sound no matter which Versa trim you choose. But which trim should you choose?
Today, we’ll be comparing all three trims of the 2021 Nissan Versa, the S, SV, and SR. Check below to see which features are standard on their respective trim levels. Which one is right for you?
The 2021 Versa S sports a 122-horsepower 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that gets 32-city/40-highway mpg. Each Versa has FWD. A six-speed manual is standard on the S trim, but a CVT is available. Standard tech includes a 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, Siri Eyes Free, and a USB data/charging port, as well as forward collision warning with forward and reverse automatic braking and pedestrian detection. A rearview camera is also standard.
The 2021 Versa SV switches out the manual transmission for the CVT. This trim also gets Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert, driver attention monitoring, a rear seat reminder, and SiriusXM satellite radio. Upgraded cloth upholstery and alloy wheels also come with this trim.
The 2021 Versa SR is the top-tier trim for the Versa lineup, keeping the standard CVT. It also adds some excellent quality-of-life improvements. Those features include proximity keyless entry, remote start, and fog lights. Sport cloth upholstery with fabric inserts and a leather-wrapped steering wheel are also standard, as is a rear spoiler and a six-speaker stereo system.
